What We Do
We're delighted to offer the following services, which can be tailored to suit your specific needs
Flights
We treat your money as if it were our own and will search to find the best airfares for you and your team. We have strong relationships with our airline reps and with offices across the country, and we do not interfere with tax incentives. We can also assist with private jets.
Hotels
We help source hotels and work directly with the sales managers at production friendly hotels to ensure you get the lowest rate and concessions you require. We do not charge for this service!
Car Service
We work with entertainment friendly car companies for sedans, limos and SUV’s to get your cast and above the line where they need to go!
Car Rental
We facilitate direct bill set-up and book all rental vehicles needed.
Airport Greeter Service/Private Suite Accommodations
We arrange greeter service and private suites at the airport as needed.
Reporting
We provide weekly reports in excel and PDF formats. We also can provide an unused ticket report upon request.
